Yalcinlar Aluminium was founded in Istanbul in 2010. The company was established with over 20 years of sector experience and expertise. Initially known as an importer, it later evolved through investment and innovative moves to become a manufacturer of aluminium flat rolled products and composite panels from scrap aluminum to final product. It has since grown into a nationally and globally recognized, pioneering and innovative aluminium brand in its sector.
Yalcinlar Aluminium, with an annual production of 3.000.000 m2, is one of Türkiye’s largest aluminium composite panel manufacturers. Starting with the Metalbond brand and continuing today with the Mgbond brand, the company pioneered the production of composite panels from thin aluminium in Türkiye and has become the most preferred brand, particularly in the advertising sector.
Since its establishment, Yalcinlar Aluminium has consistently invested and conducted R&D with a focus on the aluminium and aluminium products sector. It has developed the capability to handle all necessary production processes for composite panel manufacturing, from plastic granule to aluminium roll coating, in-house. As a result, Yalcinlar Aluminium, under the Mgbond brand, offers a wide range of customized aluminium composite panel solutions for individuals, organizations, and projects.

To respond quickly to growing demands, Yalcinlar Aluminium launched its second production line in 2012, increasing capacity. During the same period, the company began its export activities, establishing a wide export network reaching 35 countries. In 2015, to enhance international presence and service, a production line was set up in Germany, and aluminium composite panel production commenced under the Mgbond brand. These steps aimed to ensure accurate, high-quality, and fast product supply by managing every stage of production in-house. By 2018, the company became the only one in Türkiye able to coat aluminium below 0.21 mm thickness. That same year, work began on installing a second line at the German facility, and the company moved to a new, more modern, and complex factory in Silivri, expanding capacity to offer enhanced services.

In line with global goals, Yalcinlar Aluminium decided to produce the aluminium used in aluminium composite panels in-house. In 2021, the company laid the foundation for a new factory in the Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone that encompasses all aluminium and aluminium flat rolled production processes. The facility, which began operations in 2024, has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of flat rolled aluminium, making it Türkiye’s third factory producing coated aluminum.
